Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days; however, this may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by external factors may occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging each order; however, Baltic Stone Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all original packaging and contents until the issue is resolved.
